Developed for FORMANI, his
NOUR range of door fittings is a prominent part of the collection and features a pièce de résistance in the pair of espagnolette bolts that grace the two garden doors.
Naturally, the lever handles, cabinet handles, coat hooks, and toilet locks form part of the overall concept alongside the espagnolette
bolts. NOUR's colour combination of gold and black, together with its subtle lines, add character not just to the doors but to the entire home.
The lever handles in matt gold with black grips remind us of a time past when doors were fitted with traditional black, often ebony handles. As such, Nour can be seen as a classic yet modern variant of what many people would call a 1930s door handle. But along with this link to history, there is also a clear Asian influence – a region from which Edward van Vliet draws much of his inspiration.
