Mountain View Chalet in Verbier
Luxury Swiss Cottage
The main concept of this Swiss private winter residence for the young family is based on the genesis of the mountains. The Mountain View Chalet Verbier is a project by Studio Piet Boon, globally operating exterior, interior and product design studio recognized for crafting the perfect balance between functionality, aesthetics and individuality.
Interior and architecture design
The interior features neutral tones, sheepskin chairs, wooden furniture, and fluffy carpets. The natural stone is combined with aged wood, glints of copper rain pipes, soft leather, and comfortable, warm textiles. Our INC series by Piet Boon perfectly manages to respect the archetypal, natural solution of the local architecture with its heavy stone base and wooden sloping roof, while also infusing individuality.

Architectural hardware
The FORMANI INC by Piet Boon door handles in PVD satin black are added to complete the design on the in- and outside of the cottage. For winter residences designs we recommend to choose hardware with a PVD finish. The PVD layer ensures that our hardware is more resistant to external influences, such as weather, coastal conditions, corrosion etc. For more information about a PVD finish click here.
