restaurant AMBROZIJN
Discover 'Fine Dining'
In the Dutch South Limburg municipality of Valkenburg aan de Geul, a recently restored church is located. "Restaurant Ambrozijn" has established itself here. The restaurant is divided into two separate spaces, but through the view of the mezzanine to the ground floor, it appears as a whole. After a fire in 2018, the church has been extensively renovated. The exterior of the national monument has been restored as much as possible to its original state. On the other hand, the interior has been completely renovated by the Dutch design agency "Reiters Wings".
Impressive whole
The original architecture and atmosphere of the building have been preserved as much as possible, giving the restaurant a unique and impressive appearance. The high ceilings, large windows, and beautiful details in the architectural style create a grandiose atmosphere. The owners have chosen to equip the doors with our beautiful RIVIO door handles during the renovation. The strong, high-quality finish of our RIVIO collection fits perfectly with the luxurious interior and rough walls.
The RIVIO door handles are made of high-quality metal and are durable and stylish. The sleek and minimalist design of the handles emphasizes the modern and elegant appearance of the restaurant and provides a high degree of functionality. The handles are easy to use and provide a comfortable grip for guests.

“What you see is what you get!“
In the fully open kitchen, the most beautiful dishes are prepared right in front of you by the chef and his team. Around the open kitchen, a Chef's Table has been built, which accommodates 18 people. There you will literally see what is happening step by step with the most beautiful products and how they are being prepared for you.
All in all, the RIVIO or handles are a beautiful addition to the design of the renovated church and show how functionality and aesthetics can go hand in hand.

The RIVIO collection, designed by Product Design Consultant Gensler forms part of a total concept, which consists of door fittings, window fittings, furniture fittings and other accessories. The collection is available in four expressions: satin stainless steel, PVD satin black, bronze and PVD satin gold.
