Original elements such as natural stone floors, wooden details, and monumental staircases have been combined with new layers of serene luxury. Fabric headboards referencing judicial robes, bronze accents, and artworks by contemporary creators bring the rich past into dialogue with the present. Special spaces like the Grand Library (formerly the council chamber) and the Library House Suite especially embody the balance between monumental grandeur and homely intimacy.
